BRIEF REPORT
The Communicative skills project is running very smoothly in KV AMC Shift-I in Primary as well as Secondary Sections under the guidance of Master Trainers Mrs Anju Shishoo (PRT) and Mrs.Rekha Sharma (TGT Eng.) respectively. The teachers of Secondary Section have covered the Activity cards upto 40 by the end of this month and Primary teachers have completed upto card no. 35. Teachers have shown great interest in reading cards. Students have also read the conversation cards during morning –assembly as well as in their classes. There is a positive change and improvement in the communicative skill of teachers as well as students. Teachers have shun their inhibitions in spoken English and are practising it in their teaching-learning process. That shows the success of this project.

I feel privileged to be the part of the flagship communicative skills Project. It is a much needed step. It is beneficial for teachers and students both. It is important to the teachers in the delivery of pedagogy, class management and interaction with the class. The communication card reading sessions are not only enriching the vocabulary of teachers and students but also improving their structures, grammar etc. The project will definitely go a long way in shedding their hesitation. I appreciate the communicative skills project as it will be very much beneficial to the students and the teachers in improving the pronunciation , vocabulary and structures. KV AMC shift l ( Gomti Nagar cluster l) began 2nd slot of Cards( 21- 40) reading practice session in a very congenial environment on 2nd August 2017 .The group leader Mrs Manisha Gupta PGT Eco. read the card no 21with her partner Mrs Anju Shishu PRT . If our skills are lacking ,begin first by focusing on your listening skills, strengthen these and you will be in a very solid position. With these words the master trainer Mrs. Rekha Sharma TGT Eng. held the card reading session on 2nd August 2017 at 12:30 pm during working hours. The staff members took keen interest in reading the same . Card reading session will be conducted every Wednesday and Friday at 12:30 pm. Name of cluster- GOMTI NAGAR Shift l Date of Launching Date- 1st July 2017 Brief Report The flagship Communicative Skills Project was launched in KVAMC shift l LKO successfully under the leadership of Dr. K. K. Pandey, the Venue Principal, shri M. C. Satyawali , the Vice Principal and shri S.S.Mall ,the Headmaster. The introductory session was conducted on 1st July 2017. Honourable Principal said that the communicative skills are very important to teachers in their delivery of pedagogy,classroom management and interaction with the class. The Master Trainer Mrs. Rekha Sharma TGT English briefed about the basic aim of the project to the staff members i.e.to enhance the communicative skills among teachers and students. She further added that communication is a two way process: listening and Speaking. A good listener is a good speaker. Communicative skills are essential to share and convey our ideas.English is the global language of transaction. The project is a much needed step. The Master Trainer Mrs Anju Shishoo PRT threw light on the effective use of conversation cards in the day to day life. Group formation along with the selection of the group leaders took place in a very congenial atmosphere. The practice session of reading communication cards began on 3rd July 2017. It was held at12:30 pm every day during working hours in the secondary wing and Friday and Saturday in the primary wing. It was quite enriching for the teachers. Introductory Session of Communicative Skills for the students in KV AMC LUCKNOW SHIFT I ( SECONDARY WING)
KV AMC conducted an introductory session on enhancing communicative skills among students on 17.7.2017 during morning assembly. The master trainer Mrs. Rekha Sharma TGT English threw light on the importance of communicative skills in their daily life. Communication is a two way process - listening and speaking . A good listener is a good speaker. She also emphasized on reading conversation cards for enhancing their communicative skills. Nalini Singh (Class XII) and Jhanavi (Class XI) presented a demo by reading the cards effectively. Card reading session is being held as a special item during morning assembly everyday. Introductory Session on Communicative Skills Project in KV AMC LUCKNOW SHIFT-1 (Secondary Wing) held on 01/07/2017
K V AMC Lucknow Shift-1 (Secondary wing) conducted the introductory session of the National level Project on Communicative Skills under Master Trainer Mrs. Rekha Sharma (TGT English) on 1st July, 2017. The staff members were briefed on the basic aim of the project i.e to enhance communicative skills among teachers and students. Selection of trainers along with group formation also took place in the conducive environment. All showed great interest in the proceedings.
Under Compliance of Communicative skill Project KV Lucknow Cantt. heralded its beginning on the 7th ofJuly 2017 with its whole might starting from Principal to Primary Teachers. None was left. It was duly inaugurated by the Principal Sh. R M Naveen who accommodates every activity with a great zeal. Whys and Hows of the project were highlighted, and how it will run in the vidyalaya in the days to come.
